Rachel's Babka makes an appearance at Butcher&Bee for Rosh Hashanah!
Butcher & Bee opened on King Street in 2011 with the simple mission of serving honest-to-goodness sandwiches made with flavor combinations and food quality usually reserved for fine dining.
That mission has grown beyond sandwiches to include two locations of The Daily, a modern bodega and coffee spot, a second, full-service Butcher & Bee in East Nashville, a bigger Butcher & Bee Charleston location, culinary incubator and fancy food court Workshop, and a new taco spot in Nashville.
Rachel's Babka is beyond excited to have made it on the menu!

Rachel is so excited to have had her kugel on the menu for this special event at Butcher and Bee! Rachel's sweet kugel (ricotta, cream cheese, cottage cheese, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon zest, vanilla, egg noodles) was topped with a brown sugar bourbon glaze.
